Notice of Recoganization of Headquarters
Nabtesco Corporation hereby announces that it has passed a resolution on its reorganization of Headquarters as of January 1, 2023 at its Board of Directors’ meeting held on November 30, as detailed below.
1. Reorganization of Headquarters (as of January 1, 2023)
(1) The Technology and R&D Division will be reorganized to realize the creation of new products and businesses.
(2) Establish the Innovation Strategy Division.
2. Reason for Reorganization
In order to realize the innovations set forth in the Medium-Term Management Plan, the Company reviewed the organization of the Technology and R & D Division for each function and establish the Innovation Strategy Division for the purpose of strongly promoting DX and CVC.

Previously, it showed the location of Condition Monitoring system with Fail-Safe(CMFS equipment) and monitored equipments.
We have now added a new function that allows the user to check the movement of the wind turbine in this model.
Wind conditions can be selected from four patterns. There are Normal, Strong Wind, Blowing and Turbulence.

Nabtesco Corporation exhibited at WindEnergy Hamburg 2022 from September 27 to 30 in Hamburg Messe + Congress be located in Germany. This is the world’s largest international trade fair for onshore and offshore wind energy.
Our booth exhibited the image models of wind turbine which is installed Condition Monitoring system with Fail-Safe(CMFS). We really enjoyed to share new ideas and appreciated this opportunity to get to know the customer about our world first(CMFS).
