Introduction to Test Equipment

This is the test equipment used for demonstration testing.
We use equipment that simulates the actual machine to conduct verification tests assuming performance evaluation and real-world operation.
Based on the data obtained, we aim to further improve quality and achieve stable operation.

Safety Measures at the Test Site

To ensure test safety, guard fences are installed to prevent inadvertent access to hazardous areas.
When installing the fences, we consider interference with pedestrian pathways and the risk of tripping or contact, and adjust visibility and placement accordingly.
Power supply and drive control during testing are operated using remote monitoring buttons located outside the fence.
In addition, the guard fences are inspected regularly to ensure they remain free of damage or looseness.

Jig

The jig is a dedicated auxiliary tool designed to improve safety and work efficiency at the assembly site.
It is compactly designed to suit the on-site environment for calibrating sensors in the field.

Simulation

We verify the dynamic load characteristics that occur in each component of the wind turbine using a simulation model (1D CAE).
